We took it upon ourselves to understand all the varieties, building the largest bank of stevia varieties understanding what makes each plant special, unique and what qualities we look for in how each varieties reacts to climate changes, to sun, to water and all the factors that affect their taste. 

We aim to emulate nature, by looking to deliberately design processes which help waste materials be used as biofuels. We are the first plant in Guatemala that will use natural gas. 

We are the only plant where used water is replenished into our own plants to reduce water consumption. You won't find this process in any other stevia plant in the world, since their plantations and production lines are in different locations. 

We are the only stevia processing plant that has control over the complete chain: from when the plant starts as a small seed (by the way, Jia means seed in Mayan) until it grows into a full stevia plant. This allows us to know exactly where it's been, who worked on it and trace all of its production process … by keeping track of all of this, we can keep our quality promises.
